KRONTIME suite of products is fully scalable and customers may start their implementation from any product, according to their initial needs, and then expand on any direction.
Includes a very comprehensive set of tools to configure all customer needs and enable integrations with many other business systems, like importing CAD data models and drawings and exchanging data with ERP systems.
KRONTIME provides complete solutions to support customer projects, including also consulting and subscription services, hardware, software and additional equipment to fully the customer requirements.

KRONTIME Implementation Methodology is based on current customers experience, focused on a pragmatic approach and implemented according to customer’s plans and resources. This methodology can be adapted to each particular case, but generally covert seven areas of services:
Project analysis and definition – capture detailed customer requirements and establish a realistic project plan to be deployed.
Product configuration – phase set-up the product with required customer parameters, working units, templates, databases, reports, etc.
Specific development – in some cases customers require specific developments or integrations to other business systems
Project deployment – includes all project management tasks, installations of required hardware and software components
Customer validation – test and validates with the customer the initial project requirements
Domain expertise consulting – in a lot of cases customers require additional specialized consulting services to improve user’s capability on different domains like: operations dashboard, continuous improvement methods, time measurement, working activity appreciation, MTM, etc.
Product training and user coaching – This is a critical part of the whole process that requires special attention and continuity to maximize user efficiency on the use of KRONTIME. A full range of training and coaching possibilities are proposed per each project.
Customers also benefit from a range of on-going annual services to maximize their initial investments and improve user’s ability working with KRONTIME. There are three levels of subscription:
BASIC – customers benefit from a continuous product improvement and maintenance to keep investments up-to-date with latest technologies and new functionality.
GOLD – customers increase their system’s usability, user’s performance and productivity by a continuous training program and specific user coaching, on site.
PLATINUM – similar to Gold, but increases the number of consulting days and includes an annual implementation audit and report.
